Insurance For School Children
I work at an elementary school. Everyday I get calls from parents asking me if the school offers medical insurance for school aged children. I explain to them that the school doesn’t offer that but they do offer an accident plan if their child gets hurt in an accident such as a broken bone, or a cut that needs stitches. Some of the parents are glad to get that coverage but others want medical coverage for doctor appointments and medications. I encourage them to contact the state health insurance for children.
