How sealer works when mixed with organosilane?
An ordinary sealer works by remaining on the top of concrete and seals the pores of a concrete, but the truth is that this will eventually wear away in just a matter of time, and leaves a sheen and cloudy look. This is not the case of a sealant in combination with organosilane. The sealing will last for a long time and doesn’t change the natural look of a surface. So, how does this compound in the water repellents work? This works by getting into the microscopic pores of concrete. This bonds to both sides of the concrete pores, and because it makes the sealants to become hydrophobic, the water cannot pass through.
