I do just not get people who do not have car insurance Rockford. If you can not afford insurance then you should not drive. A person is just asking for it and will get them selves in more trouble if they drive with out insurance. I am sure it is not easy but you would think the person could get a ride or pick up the bus if the need to get to work. I would think there would be some option. Also there are many companies that will provide the basic insurance so at least you are legal to drive.
