Driving With Out Insurance
It is amazing how many people drive with out car insurance Rockford IL. I guess if you are desperate you will just take that chance. Last spring I was at a meeting and had to park on the street. When I came out I saw that some one had hit my front bumper. Of course there was no note. Some one must of just hit me and then drove off. If I had to guess I would guess that person had no car insurance. It is frustrating because the people with insurance end up paying for the people with out insurance.
