It is very important that we follow suit in the efforts that are being made to go green.  As a contractor, I want to learn all that i can about energy efficiency and about ways that I can help home owners to improve the efficiency of their homes.  For this very reason, I decided to take the LEED certification course.  It was a very thorough course and I feel that I learned a lot.  I am now more confident in my abilities to help others to conserve energy in their homes or businesses.  I am very glad that I passed my certification.

I have been thinking about trying to rent my San Antonio rent house so I can make a little more money. The classifieds in the paper are so expensive, and I don’t think that anyone actually even searches for things in the paper anymore.

I have thought about Craiglist, but there are so many scammers out there and I am afraid of what I might get knocking on my door. I have found a couple of really good websites that seem geared towards that end, but most of them are nation wide and I would really prefer a local solution. It would also be nice to have some assistance with contracts and paperwork.
